Why participate?

This is not only a performance experience but also a fair and meaningful, musical evaluation.  It gives performers insight as to their strengths in the performance.  However, the adjudication will also disclose what elements can be polished further.  Competitors are assessed carefully by considering both their age and experience. This approach ensures that participants compete with peers who have a similar length of training and comparable backgrounds.
